Dear Trusty Associate,

First, I must solicit your strict confidence in this incredible transaction. This is by virtue of its nature as being utterly CONFIDENTIAL AND TOP SECRET BEYOND HUMAN THOUGhT. However, after much hard efforts by extinguished members of the Citibank Corporation of America, the boastful and gleeful amount of funds to be dispersed by way of inheritance to other family members has reached an unfortunate standstill.

The unbelievable amount of Eight Hundred and Sixty Five Billion Dollars (US$865,000,000,000.00) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customers who died along with his entire family in a bus crash, is yet to be claimed.

Since we got information about our client’s death, we have been for his next of kin to come over and claim the money. We cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines and laws but unfortunately we learned that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him at the bus crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.

Please I want you to visit the website below for more information about the bus crash: http://www.news24.com/News24/World/News/0,,2-10-1462_2194769,00.html
It is therefore upon this discovery that I and other officials in my department now decided to make this business proposal to a respectable fellow like you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement. We deem this a sincere shame that no one has come forth and claimed this money so we employed this idea to shortcut the red tape to stop the money going into the bank treasury as unclaimed funds.

This being such a large amount we can work out a deal (please do not tell the bank shareholders about this deal). Therefore, we can do a split of the funds. I think a fair portion for you will be 70% (USD$605,500,000,000.00, 20% to me (USD$173,000,000,000.00) and the remaining 10% (USD$86,500,000,000.00) to go into the unclaimed funds account.

To enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location wherein the money will be remitted.

Upon the receipt of your reply, I will send to you by email the text of the application to fill and send to the bank. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch-free risk and this transaction will only take 15 banking days because as a banker, I know what to do and move the fund into your account without any delay and that you should not entertain any ounce of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.

You should contact me as soon as you receive this letter so that I can send you the text of the application to apply to the bank and the data information of the deceased customer.

Yours gleefully,

Mr Pakahaki Mitsuhotihitu
